The museum holds numerous community icons in public trust. These icons tell the tales of our shared history, and the museum provides a learning center to experience the past firsthand.

Connect to the larger story of American history by supporting local history and celebrating the character of this community.

A gift to the museum - of any size - is an an investment in our future. It helps us:

  • to engage local students in place-based education

  • to offer internships to local high school and college students

  • to create new exhibitions about all aspects of community life

  • to offer programs, workshops and demonstrations

  • to preserve our historic landmark buildings

  • to care for our collections through conservation efforts, and

  • to maintain a center for research.
